What is this?

Capacity Availability records date-specific changes to the normal Resource Pool capacity for a department and skill level.

Why is it needed?

It lets planners maintain the normal Resource Pool baseline and capture leave, overtime, temporary staffing, or reduced availability for specific dates.

How is it used later?

Planning uses Resource Pool values by default and switches to date overrides only for matching dates, departments, and skills.

Filling Rules and Accepted Values

Department and Skill Level are prefilled from active Resource Pools.
Baseline Count, Baseline Productivity, and Baseline Allocation % update Resource Pools on upload.
Blank date cells clear existing date-specific available-count overrides and continue using the baseline capacity.
Enter a whole number in a date cell to override available count for that date.
Enter 0 when the department-skill combination has no availability that day.
Use the Advanced Overrides sheet for productivity factor, allocation percent, or remarks.
Do not rename or remove template column headers.
