What is this?

Project Events are the audit trail for major changes such as holds, reactivation, workflow starts, workflow completion, and due date changes.

Why is it needed?

Reliable due dates need explanation. Events help planners and leaders understand why a project changed.

How is it used later?

Future project screens will show events beside lifecycle, workflow progress, hold status, and capacity commitments.

Filling Rules and Accepted Values

Do not rename or remove template column headers.
Required columns: Project, Event Date, Event Type.
Date columns: use YYYY-MM-DD, for example 2026-07-01.
