Workflow Tracking is the project-level view of where each project currently sits in its delivery flow.

Why is it needed?

Planners can update current stage, status, progress, and current resources without maintaining every background stage row manually.

How is it used later?

The app uses the current-state update to keep background workflow stages aligned for visualization, portfolio flow, and future scheduling.

  • Progress %: enter a number from 0 to 100.
  • Resources Assigned: free text for the current stage only.
  • Hold Reason: fill only when Status is On Hold.
  • Do not rename or remove template column headers.
